SEBS YH-604T

Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene (SEBS) block copolymer is a premium thermoplastic elastomer. As the hydrogenated derivative of SBS with a higher 1,2-vinyl structure content, SEBS undergoes a hydrogenation process that almost completely eliminates the C=C double bonds in the butadiene units, forming saturated ethylene-butylene mid-blocks. This structural saturation significantly reduces degradation caused by oxygen, ozone, and UV radiation. Consequently, SEBS polymers exhibit elevated service temperatures, superior oxidation resistance, enhanced creep resistance, and excellent compression set performance.

SEBS YH-501T is a low-molecular weight, linear Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene Block Copolymer, in the form of white powder or granule, with features of good mechanical property, good aging resistance, superior surface texture, non-toxic, and environment-friendly. 

SEBS YH-502T is a clear linear triblock copolymer based on styrene and ethylene/butylene, with bound styrene of 30%mass and a low solution viscosity of 200 Mpa.s (10%). It provides high mechanical stretchability, low fluid flow resistance, and optimal dimensional resilience.

SEBS YH-503T, a high-molecular-weight grade among linear SEBS polymers, maintains exceptional mechanical properties even under high-filling conditions, making it particularly suitable for application scenarios requiring high elasticity and resistance to permanent deformation. Its 10% toluene solution viscosity reaches as high as 2500 mPa·s, indicating a substantial degree of polymer chain entanglement, which has a significant impact on the molding processes of coating materials and sealing products.

Thermoplastic elastomer block copolymer YH-561T is a blend of SEBS polymers YH-503T and YH-602T in a specific ratio, designed specifically for low-hardness TPE applications. Compared with other styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (SEBS) polymers, SEBS polymer YH-561T exhibits superior elastic recovery and tensile strength under high oil-loading conditions.

SEBS YH-602T is a star-shaped triblock hydrogenated styrene-butadiene copolymer, classified as a general-purpose SEBS powder featuring medium-to-high flow, high oil absorption, and high resilience. Produced via selective hydrogenation of SBS, the degree of hydrogenation for the polybutadiene block double bonds in its molecular chain reaches ≥97%, structurally eliminating common SBS drawbacks such as susceptibility to oxidation, yellowing, and poor weatherability.

SEBS YH-604T is a star-shaped triblock styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene copolymer produced via selective hydrogenation of SBS. It features a styrene content of 33 wt% (hard-to-soft segment ratio of 33:67) and a degree of hydrogenation of ≥97%. With unsaturated double bonds in the molecular chain highly saturated, the polymer inherently delivers superior resistance to aging, weathering, and chemicals.

SEBS YH-688 is a Radial thermoplastic elastomer featuring a low styrene content of 13%. With its soft segment proportion reaching up to 87%, it delivers an ultra-soft touch, ultra-high elongation, exceptional oil-holding stability, and high transparency. Featuring a degree of hydrogenation of ≥97%, it provides superior weatherability and anti-aging resistance. Requiring no vulcanization, YH-688 can be directly processed thermoplastically, making it highly compatible with twin-screw compounding, extrusion, and overmolding processes.

SEBS YH-511 is a specialized SEBS material that effectively improves melt viscosity, elasticity, and compatibility with various inorganic fillers and organic polar substances. Formulated with eco-friendly antioxidants, it complies with European and American environmental and health substance regulations. It is primarily used in the manufacturing of wires and cables, sealing strips, and food-contact soft materials.
