Overview
EVA V6110M is a high-quality ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) random copolymer manufactured through an advanced high-pressure tubular polymerization process.
Featuring a high vinyl acetate (VA) content of 26% and a melt index of 6.0 g/10 min, V6110M offers an exceptional balance of superior toughness, long-term resilience, and outstanding flexibility. Thanks to its higher polar VA content, V6110M displays excellent compatibility with a wide variety of inorganic fillers (such as flame retardants) and matrix resins, making it a highly reliable grade for demanding compounding applications.

Applications:
V6110M is highly versatile and ideally suited for high-filler compounding, injection molding, and complex cross-linked foaming processes. Primary applications include:
Processing Guidelines:
V6110M can be effortlessly processed using standard thermoplastic extrusion, compounding, and rubber processing machinery.
Storage, Handling & Package:
Packaging: Securely packaged in heavy-duty 25kg FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) plastic bags to ensure comprehensive protection against environmental contamination and moisture.
Storage Conditions: Resins should be stored in an airy, cool, and dry room. Maintain indoor temperatures strictly between 20°C and 30°C, ensuring no exposure to direct sunlight. Unfavorable or humid storage environments may induce premature EVA resin degradation.
