Applications:

V6110M is highly versatile and ideally suited for high-filler compounding, injection molding, and complex cross-linked foaming processes. Primary applications include:

  • Wire & Cable Compounds: Specifically optimized for the production of cable shielding materials and Low-Smoke Halogen-Free (LSZH) flame-retardant cable compounds.
  • Premium Footwear & Foaming: Highly recommended for manufacturing high-resilience sports shoe midsoles, athletic shock-absorbing components, and durable garden slippers.

Processing Guidelines:

V6110M can be effortlessly processed using standard thermoplastic extrusion, compounding, and rubber processing machinery.

  • Mixing (Compounding) Temperature: 90 - 110 °C
  • Extrusion Temperature: 100 - 120 °C
  • Foaming Temperature: 170 °C
  • Critical Thermal Warning: Processing temperatures exceeding 240 °C must be strictly avoided. Excessively high thermal conditions will trigger severe chemical degradation of the V6110M polymer, resulting in lost mechanical strength and corrosive outgassing.

Storage, Handling & Package:

Packaging: Securely packaged in heavy-duty 25kg FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) plastic bags to ensure comprehensive protection against environmental contamination and moisture.

Storage Conditions: Resins should be stored in an airy, cool, and dry room. Maintain indoor temperatures strictly between 20°C and 30°C, ensuring no exposure to direct sunlight. Unfavorable or humid storage environments may induce premature EVA resin degradation.
