Overview
SN-244X series comprises general-purpose polychloroprene rubbers, modified with sulfur and manufactured via emulsion polymerization techniques. This series exhibits a rapid crystallization rate, rendering it comparable to the CR-244 grade concerning overall functionality. The SN-244X variant demonstrates an accelerated crystallization rate, enhanced cohesiveness, and commendable storage stability, with a light color in toluene or mixed solvent applications. Compounds formulated with SN-244X display excellent resistance to oils, various chemicals, ozone, aging, as well as sunlight exposure, along with properties characteristic of fire resistance and electrical insulation typical of polychloroprene rubber.
